THE LITTLE DETAILS
Good to know.
What makes a referral eligible?
A new customer places their first paid order through your code or a valid referral link. Net merchandise must be at least $35 after discounts and merchandise refunds, excluding shipping and tax. We approve the reward after confirmed delivery, at least 14 days after delivery, and clearance of return requests and payment disputes. A completed order alone does not confirm delivery.
Can I combine rewards with the wheel or another coupon?
No. All DollStatic coupons are limited to one per order, including Style Rewards, referral and Muse coupons. A valid referral link can still receive attribution if your friend chooses a different coupon; the $35 net-merchandise requirement still applies. Rewards do not pay shipping or tax.
How do links and codes work?
A valid referral link is remembered for 30 days in this browser. The latest valid link applies; a referral code entered at checkout takes priority. Each order has one referrer. Self-referrals and repeat-customer orders are ineligible.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not qualify. If merchandise refunds reduce the remaining eligible amount below $35, the referral and reward are revoked. Muse status requires five valid approved referrals; if refunds reduce that total, unused membership rewards are revoked. Already redeemed rewards are reviewed manually.
How do Muse monthly coupons work?
After five approved referrals, open this page while signed in to claim one $10-off-$50 coupon per calendar month. You do not need a new referral that month. Each coupon is bound to your email, can be used once, and expires at the end of the month using the store’s time zone (UTC).
How is my account information used?
Your email identifies your account and binds your rewards. Referral links use a 30-day cookie to record attribution. Verification emails activate sharing; creating an account does not subscribe you to promotional email. Read our Privacy Policy or contact customer care.
