This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you visit dollstatic.com or communicate with the DollStatic team. It covers product browsing, accounts, orders, payments, rewards and customer support.

Who to contact

The DollStatic team is your contact for questions about this website and your personal information. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or visit our Contact page.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use this information to answer your questions and manage the related correspondence. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in ordinary email.

Referral program registration requires email verification. Account administration involves your username, email address, stored profile details and authentication information. Registering for rewards does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email.

Orders and payments

At checkout, we collect the contact and delivery details needed to process your order, including your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and any phone number you provide. Order records include the items, amounts, delivery details and payment status. We use this information to fulfill orders, provide order support, and handle returns and refunds.

Payments are processed through PayPal and the payment methods available through our connected PayPal integration. Payment providers process information needed to authorize and administer the payment. We receive payment references and status information. Do not send full payment-card details by ordinary email. See PayPal’s Privacy Statement for its data practices.

Information processed when you browse

Delivering the website involves network and device information, including your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. Hosting and network services process this information to serve requests and support website operation and security. Website searches send the search terms you enter to our website.

WooCommerce visit attribution cookies record information about how you reached the site, including referral or campaign information, landing pages and session details. The website also loads a Cloudflare performance measurement beacon. Storefront text fonts are served from our website server.

Rewards and referrals

Style Rewards uses your email address to bind a reward coupon and uses browser storage to remember a dismissed popup or completed spin. Referral program records include verified account and email details, referral links or codes, and the order, delivery, refund and reward status needed to assess eligibility, prevent duplicate or self-referrals and manage rewards. Referral link attribution lasts 30 days. Reward eligibility and expiry are explained on the Refer & Earn page. You do not need to join rewards to browse products. Referral registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Style Rewards separately asks you to agree to receive DollStatic offers before a spin.

The referral program uses a cookie named ds_ref to remember the referral code for up to 30 days when you follow a referral link.

How information is used

• To display the website, product information and search results.

• To respond to customer messages and privacy requests.
• To administer accounts, verified rewards and referrals, and support website security.
• To understand visit sources and measure website performance.

We do not require you to send a customer inquiry to browse our products. If you contact us, we need a reply address and enough information to understand and answer your request.

Cookies and browser choices

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The website currently uses WooCommerce visit attribution cookies named sbjs_migrations, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_udata and sbjs_session. Most of these are session cookies; sbjs_session has a short expiry.

WordPress may also use test and authentication cookies when you visit a login page or sign in. WooCommerce can use shopping session or cart cookies when those functions are used.

You can inspect, remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies can prevent login or shopping session functions from working. Browser controls do not replace any consent requirements that apply to optional tracking.

Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics service as cookie-free. Its performance beacon is separate from WooCommerce’s visit attribution cookies. More information is available in WooCommerce’s attribution documentation and Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation.

Providers and access to information

Information needed to operate the website and handle correspondence is accessible to the people administering those functions and to the relevant service providers. These include hosting and network delivery services, account administration tools and email services.

• Cloudflare: the website uses Cloudflare delivery and performance measurement services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• Website email: the website’s mail plugin is configured to use Brevo, and email logging is enabled. Email delivery and records may include recipient addresses, message details and delivery status. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy.

WordPress and WooCommerce run on our website server. Their installation alone does not mean that all customer records are sent to their developers. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to address a security incident or legal claim.

Storage, retention and international processing

Website records, correspondence and operational logs may be stored in the website, email and service provider systems. Some providers may process information outside your country. The location and handling of their records depend on the particular service and account configuration; contact us for questions about the handling of your information.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether an inquiry is still open, whether an account remains in use, applicable legal requirements and the provider’s logging or backup arrangements. The inspected WooCommerce settings do not currently specify automatic account or order deletion periods. We do not claim that your information is automatically erased after a fixed number of days.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Your privacy requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may also have a right to object to processing, including direct marketing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your request. Applicable legal requirements can limit a request or require certain records to be retained. You may also raise a complaint with your local data protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
